What exactly happens after ordering?

Uveeka run a print on demand service, once we receive your order it will be printed and dispatched within 1-2 working days dependant on stock availability and any personalisation details being confirmed.

Where is my order?

The majority of UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail using the Click and Drop service. Orders are scanned at the point of delivery and will produce a delivery confirmation which can be viewed online at the Royal Mail Track & Trace website. Larger orders will be dispatched via courier service at our discretion.

International orders are sent on tracked services via a number of global postal services including Deutsch Post, DHL Ecommerce and Nordpost. Tracking numbers can be provided shortly after dispatch and viewed at our Aftership tracking page

I forgot to order one of the products I wanted! Can I add it to my order?

If the order hasn’t left the building then we’ll do our best to add what you need to the order. Drop us a line on our contact form or give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

How long will delivery take?

UK orders generally take 2-3 working days on standard delivery from the time of dispatch. Items dispatched via courier are generally on a next working day service via DPD. You will receive a 1-hour delivery window notification via email.

International orders can vary in delivery times. We do advise to allow anything from 7-21 working days on average for tracked services. At peak times this can change but generally delivery times to most countries are much faster than this. If you need an item by a specific date then please get in touch and we can advise on your delivery options with faster delivery services available for an additional cost.

Oh no! I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?

Mistakes happen, if you need to make an amendment then please contact as soon as possible. Unfortunately if your item is personalised, we are unable to make changes once the order has been processed and printed.

How do I return my item?

Should there be an issue with your order once received, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do. Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of the majority of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items once printed unless they are deemed faulty.

My order has arrived and it’s broken – help!

Receiving an order damaged is never idea but it can happen. Should you receive a damaged order then please get in touch. We may ask for a photograph of the damage so we can forward to the relevant delivery service.

Is international delivery available?

International delivery is available. To maintain reliable service, we will only send international orders on a tracked service and wherever possible we offer the most competitive delivery rate we can find.
